High-strength insert special adhesive is a high-strength, high-rigidity, two-component, room temperature fast curing special adhesive, which is specially used for bonding precision granite mechanical components with inserts. DT-780 adhesive has the following characteristics:
1). Excellent bonding performance.
2). Excellent resistance to humidity and heat aging.
3). fast fixed speed, the product uses three-dimensional network cross-linked molecular structure design, can reach the highest intensity in a short time, lower temperature (15 degrees Celsius), can be packaged and shipped after 24 hours, especially in winter The product processing cycle is greatly shortened and the product processing efficiency is improved.
4). The product adopts the concept of environmental protection, green and people-oriented to design the molecular structure. The main raw materials are saturated polyester polymer materials, which are no volatile, non-toxic and non-corrosive.
5). The material properties of the product after curing can be achieved: high strength, high hardness, high modulus, and minimal deformation.
6). The product has excellent comprehensive performance, good product quality stability and moderate price, which is the best choice to improve product quality and reduce production cost.
1). Component A is a black (or colorless) paste; component B is a brown liquid.
2). Shear strength (bonding 45# steel): +25 ℃: ≥25MPa; -40 ℃: ≥20MPa
1). Surface treatment: metal inlay rust and acetone decontamination, granite surface is dry and waterless, no oil and no dust.
2). With glue: weighing (weighing tool using electronic balance) A component: B component (7:1); after mixing evenly, use up within 20–30 minutes; if the summer temperature is high and use it outside , component A: component B (8:1). The gel time is 20-30 minutes. If the glue is not used up over the gel time, please do not use it again.
3). Bonding: The bonding part needs to be evenly applied, and the amount of glue applied must be sufficient. During the period of incomplete fixation, the adherend should not be stressed or exposed to moisture.
4). Curing conditions: in room temperature (25 degrees Celsius), curing time is for 12 hours, below 25 degrees Celsius should be appropriate to extend the curing time.
5). B component should be sealed after each use, do not touch the water.
Store in a cool and dry warehouse.
The storage period is 2 years.
